Harkand

The Harkand piece is a sensory and exploratory experience. The brief was to create a global brand for a company who operate deep below the world’s oceans to repair the energy industry’s infrastructure. The work is dark, cold, difficult and dangerous. The name given to the brand was Harkand, one of the seven seas in medieval Arabic literature. Take a torch and enter the Harkand artwork. Seven panels of found imagery tell the stories of the ancient oceans. It’s up to you to discover them.
